ULT Warranty & Returns
Your ULT Ultimate Multi Screwdriver comes with a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. This covers the replacement of the driver only. PHLiPBiT is a consumable item and is not covered.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY refers to manufacturer’s defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, high impact, crush or damage caused beyond the scope of typical use, product abuse, or product modification. Your ULT Screwdriver should only be used for the purpose for which it is intended. Ensure to follow standard work safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when product is at use. Installation or attempted installation of a non-PHLiPBiT impact bit will result in the invalidation of the warranty.
FOR WARRANTY SERVICE
IN-STORE PURCHASE (LESS THAN 30 DAYS):
- Bring the defective ULT driver to the store you’ve purchased it from to request for a replacement. Must have proof of purchase.
IN-STORE PURCHASE (MORE THAN 30 DAYS) OR WEBSITE PURCHASE:
- DO NOT RETURN THE DRIVER TO THE DEALER
- Completely fill out the form below, including photos/videos showing defect and your valid proof of purchase.
